Our late founder can best be described as a hard-working craftsman when working in his trade, who derived great satisfaction in performing to the highest degree possible. His personal example was carried into the company he started during the great depression years. He was proud to have his two sons join him in the business. In his spare time and particularly following retirement in the 50's, he was either fishing, playing golf or building something. His knowledge of all elements of construction was immense. A plaque presented to him by the employees is inscribed "The Boss, The Man Who Can Do Everything". He has been greatly missed since his death in 1983 at the age of 84. Family members currently active in the business are son Russell Maske, Sr., President; William D. Maske, his grandson, Vice President and Lawrence Maske, another grandson, Service Manager.
